PENALTIES may be assessed, if houseboats are not returned and unloaded by the scheduled check out time.
BE ADVISED, our houseboats are required by the Corps of Engineers to leave harbor before dark. To comply and safely locate and secure your houseboat before dark, you must check in at LEAST TWO HOURS before dark or wait until 8:00 A.M. the following morning to board your houseboats.
The EARLIEST CHECK IN TIME for Cottages is at 2:00 P.M., but ONLY after the cottage is cleaned and inspected. CHECK OUT TIME is at 10:00 A.M. (CDT or CST). Cottage arrivals are permitted until 7:00 P.M. Call for late arrival information (270) 433-7172 before 5:00 P.M.(CDT or CST)
