| Upon
making your reservation by phone, fax,
e-mail or letter, a reservation deposit
of $200 for Houseboats and/or $100
for Cottages is required plus an advance
rental deposit equal to ONE-HALF of
the rental fee, rounded to the nearest
whole ten dollars ($10). |

To
complete the confirmation of your
reservation, the reservation and advance
deposit are due within ten business days
from the date of your reservation request. |
| The
balance of rental is due at time of
boarding. In the event reservations
are made within 60 days of arrival
date, an advance deposit equal to the
full rental fee must be received within
five business days. Note change in
security deposit:
$750 for each Plan 70 and 90
Houseboat, $500
each for all other Houseboat Plans and or
$100 for
each Cottage is due at time of check-in.
Deposits paid to the reservation office
may be made with money orders or personal
checks ONLY. (There is a
thirty-five dollar ($35) service charge
for each returned check) and MUST be
received in our offices at least 30 days
prior to arrival. Less than 30 days,
please make deposit arrangements with the
reservation office. The
RESORT does not take personal checks.
The Resort will accept travelers checks,
cash, Visa or MasterCard. In the event
of cancellation (by registered letter only,)
ADVANCE DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
UNLESS WE RE-RENT YOUR ENTIRE SPACE!

CANCELLATIONS and/or RESCHEDULING are
subject to a re-marketing and/or
re-registration fee of seventy-five ($75).
The security deposit will be refunded on
clean, proper and timely return of all
facilities and/or equipment without damage
or losses. |

An
inventory sheet of all items on board will
be sent with your confirmed reservation. |
