SEASON DATES - DEPOSIT INFORMATION
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR 2008

Upon making your reservation by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, a Reservation Deposit of $200 for Houseboats or $100 for Cottages is required.  In order to confirm your reservation, an advance deposit which is ONE-HALF of the rental fee must be paid within ten business days from the date of your reservation request.  The reservation deposit will be applied to your rental fee and the remaining balance will be due at time of boarding.  A SECURITY/DAMAGE Deposit will be due when you arrive at the resort.  $750 for Plan 70 and 90 Houseboats, $500 for all other Houseboats, $100 for each Cottage.  The Security/Damage Deposit may be paid by Cash or Credit Card.  The Security deposit will be refunded on clean, proper and timely return of all facilities and/or equipment without damage or loss.

In the event reservations are made within 60 days of arrival date, the full rental fee must be paid within five business days from the date of your reservation request. 

In the event of cancellation (by registered letter only), the reservation deposit and rental fee are NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE RE-RENT YOUR ENTIRE SPACE.  CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING are subject to a re-marketing or re-registration fee of $75.

Reservation deposits and rental fee may be paid by check or money order and should be mailed to the Reservation Office. Payment MUST be received in our office at least 30 days prior to arrival.  (Please note there will be a $35 service charge for any returned checks).
